Sometimes one or more records may contain errors. This may be because, for example, mandatory columns are not filled in, or invalid values are used.
An example of such an invalid value is when a contact is added with the language code 'QRLP'. Since this code does not exist with us as a valid language, the entire row is considered invalid.
For invalid records, you can click on the pen icon. This will take you to a validation page where you can correct each invalid record. You will get real-time feedback in the process.
Once the errors are fixed, you can import the corrected records.
