This option has been available for a while, but is still underutilized. Time for a reminder!
👉 Here is how to activate it:
Go to My Profile in the navigation
Click on Contact
In the screen that appears, simply select “Activate 2-factor authentication”
With 2FA, you add an extra layer of security. Even if someone knows your password, they cannot log in without your second confirmation. 🔒
From now on, you no longer need to contact our support service when you have forgotten your password. You can easily change it yourself.

Click on “Forgot Password” when logging in
You will immediately receive a reset link at the email address you entered in My Profile
With one click, you can choose a new password and get back to work immediately
