Article 1. Subject

This user agreement contains the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the information and services offered by the site. The user (be it member, visitor or advertiser) of the site and of the services offered by the site shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms of this user agreement.

Stratics reserves the right to amend this User Agreement at any time. The amended User Agreement will be announced on the Site and will automatically become effective thirty days after the initial announcement.

Article 2. Liability

Stratics cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or shortcomings in the data as stated on the site. This applies both to information posted on the site by Stratics itself and to information provided by users (members, visitors and advertisers).

Incorrect data or deficiencies on the site do not entitle you to any financial compensation. Stratics shall not be liable to users or third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, lost profits or for any damages caused by its negligence or forgetfulness in providing, compiling, assembling, writing and interpreting information.

Stratics explicitly offers the website "as is." For its technical realization, the most advanced techniques are used. However, Stratics cannot be held liable for the (temporary) failure or possible dysfunction of the system.

Stratics is not responsible for links to sites operated by third parties. Stratics does not exercise any control over the aforementioned web sites and does not assume any liability with respect to their content. The inclusion of links to these web sites does not imply endorsement by Stratics of the elements contained therein and does not necessarily imply cooperation between Stratics and the owners of these sites.

Information on the site is changed periodically. Stratics reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to the site at any time.

Article 3. Intellectual property and copyright

The user expressly acknowledges that the data provided on the site (texts, graphics,...) are and remain the property of Stratics . No part of the site may be used for reproduction, adaptation, distribution, sale, publication or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Stratics . Any electronic storage or use of this information for any unlawful purpose is also prohibited. Storing information from the site in a database is not permitted, with the exception of automatic 'caching' of the information by a browser.

Article 4. Privacy regulation and protection of privacy

Stratics collects personal information necessary to ensure optimal operation of the site. This information may be used by Stratics for actions or messages of a commercial nature. However, Stratics undertakes never to disclose such data to third parties without the express consent of the party concerned.

Stratics also collects information in log files. This information is used for internal purposes, such as traffic and profile analysis to further fine-tune the services offered by the site. Stratics uses so-called "cookies" (small pieces of information written to the user's hard disk) to facilitate the use of the website.

Changes to the Stratics Privacy Policy are possible at any time, but will be communicated to users via the website.

In accordance with the law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy, all data entered by the user on the site will be communicated upon request and, if the user so desires, corrected free of charge within a reasonable period of time. Stratics is responsible for processing, storing and managing this personal data. Only the individual e-mail addresses provided to us by visitors are stored. To be removed from the database, it suffices to send an e-mail. The user can view personal data at any time upon simple request and free of charge. The visitor can always object to the use of his data for direct marketing purposes.

Article 5. Evidence and applicable law

Belgian law shall apply. The parties accept that the electronic communication between them has the legal force of written evidence. In case of disputes or litigation, only the courts of Antwerp are competent.
