Table of contents
In Audiences, you can define target groups and segments. You can then easily use these target groups in selections.
Steps #
- Go to Target.
- Select Audiences.
- Click on the plus sign (to the right of the search bar).
Details of the Target #
Name
Give the target audience a clear and recognizable name.
What contacts do you want to rely on?
By default, always select "MIP contacts" in the pick list.
Share
Decide with whom you want to share the audience definition:
- Myself
- Team
- Company
- Anyone with access to MIP
Filters definition
Click on the "+" to add filters.
Define your target audience:
- Logical operators: Use "and" to combine multiple criteria where all conditions must be met, and "or" for criteria where one of the conditions must be met.
- Indicators: Use indicators to select specific characteristics of your target audience.
- Logical operators: Use "and" to combine multiple criteria where all conditions must be met, and "or" for criteria where one of the conditions must be met.

Saving the audience definition
- Click "Add" to save the target group.
- Cancel to save nothing.
