You want to indicate that a company is bankrupt. This company will then continue to exist in Mip, but will be excluded for communication by default. Follow the steps below to do this.
Log into MyMip.
Search for the company using the search field at the top of the page or the search option in the contacts module. See also Contact Search.
Under the contacts module, navigate to the "Relationships" tab.
Under the Relationships tab, navigate to "Touchpoints.
Click the three dots next to the social entity (the company) and choose "Update social entity information.
A screen appears on the right.
Click on the drop-down list under "Status" and choose "Bankrupt.
Click "Save" to save the changes.
