Visit the official website:
https://filezilla-project.org
Click on " Download FileZilla Client."
Select the correct version for your system:
Windows
Mac
Linux
Download the installation file.
Open the downloaded file.
Click Install / Next.
Leave the default settings as they are.
Click Finish to complete the installation.
Launch FileZilla.
Add a New Site via File/Site Management

| Gate | 22 (SFTP) |
| Login type | Normal |
| User | your username |
| Password | your password |
Then click Connect.
✅ Tip:
The first time you connect, FileZilla may ask you to trust the server certificate. If so, click OK / Trust.
Once the connection is established:
Links = files on your own computer
Right = files on the server
You can move files by:
drag and drop
or
Right-click → Upload / Download
