Where can I find a contact's permission and communication history? #
You want to consult the permissions and communication history of a contact, in response to a query or in connection with GDPR. You can consult this on the 'GDPR' tab. Follow the steps below to navigate to this tab.
Contact Search #
Log into MyMip.
Search for the contact using the search field at the top of the page or the search option in the contacts module. See also Search for contact.
Looking up permissions and communications #
Under the contacts module, navigate to the "Relationships" tab.
- Under the Relationships tab, navigate to 'GDPR'. Here you will find historical information regarding:
- Permissions per channel
- Communication with the contact
Note: If you also want an overview of the history of the relationship, individual, social entity and touchpoints, you can find this on the 'Histo' tab.
