Where can I manage all the MyMip users in my database? #

You want to know who all has a MyMip user for your database. In addition, you also want to be able to manage who has access to what. To do this, follow the steps below.

Go to 'User Management' #

  1. Log into MyMip.

  2. From the left menu bar, navigate to theSettingsmodule.
  3. Then choose the "User Management" submenu.

Check/adjust user rights #

  1. You get and overview with all MyMip users of the specific database with the following information:
    • Status (checked = active user)
    • MFA
    • Last login
    • Actions
  1. When you are on the pencil next to a user clicks, a detail screen of this user appears:
    • Status (active/inactive)
    • Last login
    • Failed applications
    • Last failed application
    • MyMip modules to which he/she has access
  1. You can create a user deactivate via the bar under 'Status'.
    • When you move the bar to the left, the user is no longer active.
  1. There are 2 options regarding. permissions/accesses to modules turn on/off:
    • Access to an entire module: move bars under 'Access' (left = off/right = on)
    • Enable/disable access to parts of a module: click on the arrow in front of the module and move the bars under 'Access
  2. Remember to click 'Confirm' to save the changes.

Notice:

  • If an employee leaves your company, it is best to deactivate the MyMip user. This prevents him/her from still having access to MyMip and thus the data (cf. also security and GDPR).

  • It is not currently possible to add a new user yourself. Please contact Stratics to do so.
