Where can I find a contact's interactions in MyMip? #
You want an overview of all interactions linked to a contact. This can be outgoing interactions like e-mails, incoming interactions like participation in a contest or technical interactions like synchronization with another system. Or you want to look up a specific interaction, e.g. following a question from a contact. Follow the steps below to do this.
Contact search #
Log into MyMip.
Search for the contact using the search field at the top of the page or the search option in the contacts module. See also Search for contact.
Overview of interactions #
Under the contacts module, navigate to the Interactions tab.
- Next, go to the 'Interactions' tab. here you will get an overview of all interactionsof that particular contact.
Through the fields at the top of the list you can:
Limit the overview to a specific number of interactions (default 100).
Sort descending or ascending by date (default descending).
- Filter on:
- Campaign: Selection list of all available campaigns in the database.
- Scenario: E.g. email, DM, API calls....
- From: Campaign start date.
- To: End date of and campaign.
- Events: E.g. opt-in, opt-out, sent, voucher sent....
Remember to right click on the icon of a 'Magnifying Glass' to apply the filters. You can remove all filters again by right-clicking 'Clear'.
Details interaction #
Click on the 3 dots next to the interaction and choose "Details.
- It appears right a screen with more information about the specific interaction:
- Engagement Score and fade-out
- Touchpoint: E.g. email address, postal address....
- Interaction token: Technical token from the database that refers to the specific interaction.
- Target audience: audience within the campaign.
- Scenario: E.g. E-mail, DM...
- Event: e.g. sent, opened...
- Dump data: Additional information sent from the source along with the interaction (e.g., from a website).
Campaign details #
Click on the 3 dots next to the interaction and choose "Campaign Details.
- Yes automatically navigates to the specific campaign in the campaign view to which the interaction is linked.
