Where can I find the history of a contact? #
You want to know when a relationship, individual, social entity, touchpoints and permissions were created or modified. You can consult this on a contact's 'Histo' tab. Follow the steps below to navigate to this tab.
Contact Search #
Log into MyMip.
Search for the contact using the search field at the top of the page or the search option in the contacts module. See also Search for contact.
Look up history #
Under the contacts module, navigate to the "Relationships" tab.
- Under the Relationships tab, navigate to 'Histo'. Here you will find historical information regarding:
- Relationship
- Individual
- Social entity
- Touchpoints: e-mail, mobile number, landline number, postal address
- Permissions per channel
