Where can I find the history of a contact?

You want to know when a relationship, individual, social entity, touchpoints and permissions were created or modified. You can consult this on a contact's 'Histo' tab. Follow the steps below to navigate to this tab.

Contact search

  • Log into MyMip.

  • Search for the contact using the search field at the top of the page or the search option in the contacts module. See also Search for contact.

Looking up history

  • Under the contacts module, navigate to the "Relationships" tab.

  • Under the Relationships tab, navigate to 'Histo'. Here you will find historical information regarding:
    • Relationship
    • Individual
    • Social entity
    • Touchpoints: e-mail, mobile number, landline number, postal address
    • Permissions per channel
